Our ethical recruitment principles
International recruitment can expose candidates and employers to misinformation, unauthorised fees, document misuse, job substitution and unrealistic promises. Aletqan's approach is to reduce these risks through written requirements, transparent communication, controlled partner channels and auditable records.
Transparent employment terms
Candidates should receive accurate information about the employer, position, salary, benefits, deductions, hours, overtime, location, accommodation, transport, insurance and expected deployment timeline before accepting an offer.
No unauthorised recruitment fees
Aletqan expects its offices and partner agencies to follow applicable law and client requirements regarding candidate-paid recruitment fees. Allegations of unauthorised charges should be documented, investigated and escalated.
No job substitution
A candidate selected for one role should not be deployed for a materially different role without informed agreement and lawful documentation.
Data and document protection
Passports, certificates, medical records and personal data should be used only for the approved recruitment process and shared only with authorised parties.
Employer responsibility
Ethical recruitment also requires employers to provide lawful, transparent and non-discriminatory employment conditions. European temporary-agency and employment rules may impose equal-treatment, health-and-safety and local authorisation obligations.
Complaint escalation
Candidates, employers and partners may report concerns to info@aletqanmanpower.com. Reports should include the candidate name, passport number where appropriate, agency, employer, date, amount or incident, and available evidence.
