International recruitment support for European employers
Aletqan Manpower Group works with employers, authorised labour providers, contractors and recruitment partners that need access to talent outside their local market. Our sourcing operations are supported by approved international recruitment partners, trade-test facilities and overseas coordination channels across Asia, Africa and the GCC.
We support permanent recruitment, project mobilisation, seasonal workforce campaigns and bulk hiring assignments where the employer has a valid legal route to recruit third-country nationals. Aletqan does not provide legal immigration advice and does not represent that one hiring model applies across Europe. Each project is reviewed against the destination country, job category, employer status and work-permit process.
What European employers can recruit
Our candidate network covers civil construction, MEP, welding and fabrication, industrial manufacturing, automotive production, warehouses, logistics, food processing, hotels, restaurants, facility management, agriculture, caregivers and technical support. Regulated professions require destination-country recognition and licensing before deployment.
How the campaign is structured
1. Feasibility and employer brief
We confirm the country, employer entity, job descriptions, quantity, employment terms, required documents, work-permit route and target deployment date. An incomplete or commercially unrealistic requirement is clarified before sourcing begins.
2. International sourcing activation
We select the most suitable sourcing market for each role. The sourcing mix is selected by role category, skill level, language requirement, mobilisation timeline and destination-country rules, drawing from approved markets such as India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Egypt, Jordan, Kenya, Uganda and Ghana.
3. Assessment and selection
Candidates are screened for identity, experience, education, documentation, language readiness and willingness to accept the stated employment terms. Employer interviews may be virtual, in person or supported by practical trade testing.
4. Documentation and mobilisation
After selection, Aletqan coordinates candidate paperwork, medicals, attestations, offer acceptance, pre-departure orientation, travel planning and status reporting in line with the employer's approved process.
